Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MakeOutreach services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Description of Services

MakeOutreach provides done-for-you LinkedIn outreach services, including but not limited to: profile optimization consultation, connection request campaigns, personalized messaging sequences, and lead generation reporting. Services are delivered as described in your selected plan.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
• Maintain access to your LinkedIn account as required for service delivery
• Respond to communications regarding your campaign within reasonable timeframes
• Comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

Payment Terms

• Fees are charged as specified in your selected plan (monthly or per campaign)
• Payment is due upon subscription or as invoiced
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice for existing clients

Service Delivery

• Campaign setup typically begins within 48 hours of completed onboarding
• Results vary based on industry, targeting, and market conditions
• We do not guarantee specific numbers of leads, replies, or conversions
• Performance metrics are provided for transparency, not as guarantees

LinkedIn Compliance

Our services are designed to work within LinkedIn's guidelines. However:

• LinkedIn may change their policies at any time
• We are not responsible for any actions LinkedIn takes against your account
• You acknowledge that automated outreach carries inherent platform risks
• We will adapt our methods to remain compliant with platform updates

Cancellation

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle
• One-time campaign payments are non-refundable once work has begun
• Upon cancellation, access to reports and data will be provided for 30 days

Intellectual Property

Message templates, strategies, and processes developed by MakeOutreach remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business information, contact lists generated, and any content you provide.

Limitation of Liability

MakeOutreach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding any claim.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business details, targeting criteria, or campaign performance with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
